What to include

• A correction: the page address and the figure you think is wrong. A link to the manufacturer's spec sheet helps us fix it quickly.
• An appliance or model we have not covered: the brand and model number. We add the ones people ask for most.
• Anything else: a short note is fine.

What we cannot help with

We cannot look at your energy bill, recommend a supplier or give financial advice. For problems with your bill or supplier, Citizens Advice can help.
